I've given 2 out of 5 stars, as 3 items had been left out of my order due to the assistant not checking for fridge items. (it says to check for them, on the label on the bag) On my return to the chemists, the lady serving didn't even crack a smile, no apology for the error or anything. She gave me 2 of the missing items and when I enquired about the 3rd she said "we don't have any!" No explanation of what to do about the missing item or when to come back. I queried it and asked what I needed to do and what to bring as proof. (thought I'd get an I owe you slip) I was told just come back! ..it's on the system. I just found her unhelpful and quite rude.

Four staff one customer, 15 minute wait for a one item prescription. Slow beyond belief, no wonder the country is in the state its in.

I would like to THANK SUE at Lloyd's chemist for helping me today. I forgot my medication and she, along with my own Doctor's, helped me with my prescription. Thank you again Sue. Regards Cath Wagner
