After several years, mostly not having to deal with this person, I got the 'really-couldn't-care-less' treatment in all its glory last time I went there.
This person's alarming degree of nonchalance and sense of job-entitlement would be absurd, if it were not for the fact that paying customers have to contend with it.
You can expect some kind of disingenuous response from the ostensible practice manager, as this is how he reacted when I raised several issues with the principle ophthalmic optician, Matthew Horrocks.
In any event I will not be returning to this place again.
