Had a bit of an accident and bent the rear axle, called at the shop to ask for a repair, they new what I needed, ordered parts and 3 days later, they picked my scooter up, fitted new axle, serviced it and brought it beck same day, excellent job guys, Many Thanks.

Tried to call today and purchase a mobility scooter the guy in the shop wasnt very helpful and then rang his boss to confirm the prices of the scooters then when I asked him about a particular scooter he told me to shush and then when I asked again he told me to wait a minute while he told his boss that there was a chair wet which was irrelevant at this stage as you have a customer in the shop willing to purchase a mobility scooter. Absolutely unbelievable customer service which surprised me looking at the 5* reviews

Spoke to Dave over the phone about the Kymco folding mobility scooter, went in on Saturday had a great demo, really helpful and I bought the scooter, (which I got a great deal on ). Would recommend to anyone and was not pushy at all.

I can't thank you enough for my mums stair lift. She loves it but more importantly its stopped me worrying about her struggling and maybe falling down the stairs. Excellent service thankyou again
