I purchased a mini pull string quad bike for the first time from this person who had advertised his self as quad uk on ebay, it said that he had 100% feedback which made me trust him. I called him and said it was for my sons birthday and would i have any problems running it as it was something he would be on all the time, he said no the bike is fantastic and that my son would love it. The bike arrived late even though he said it would be next day delivery and when we put it together and took it to our local bike garage for him to check over he assured me that the bike was a hazard and that we would be in the bike shop more than my son would actually have a chance to ride it, I was told that the bikes are made in china, the bolts come loose a lot and the pull chain brakes nearly every time you want to start it which costs 15.00 to fix each time. With this information I decided to send this death trap back to it's only which any mum would and I called him to ask for a refund. The owner did not answer my call, I called back two days later and he answered I informed him that I had sent the bike back to him and told him the reasons for it to which he replied that I was not having a refund and now I had lost my bike and my money. This man is dodgy and has no problem with selling parents bikes that other retailers do not consider to be road worthy from china and he is rude and unhelpful. Please opt for quality quad bikes as I'm sure your children are precious to you and you don't want anything to happen to them whilst riding these thrown together Chinese not road worthy illegal quad bikes.

Rip Offs, Scam Artists.... AVOID AT ALL COST AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. THEY USED TO BE KNOWN BY THE NAME: DIRT MONSTER UK!!!!!! I agree wholeheartedly with the lady above. Do not buy anything from these scam artists they are a bunch of CLOWNS... Blatantly selling people death traps for their kids to ride and then when you need something repairing or maybe have a complaint these jerks just either ignore you or are extremely rude. Please be warned, stear clear of these idiots and spend a bit more money buying from reputable dealers who have the customers best interests at heart. They have recently changed their name from Dirt Monster uk to what they are called now obviously to avoid all the unhappy people who made the mistake of buying anything from them.
