I was told to collect my car at 11.00am but due to all the phone calls it wasnt actually ready until 11.40am.
I feel that the centre and others would benefit from a dedicated receptionist resulting in a more productive team and timeline been kept.

Very ignorant
After fitting 2 tyres I was not happy as the car was not safe
They still would not listen
I had to take the car to another depot to be sorted out
I would not recommend
