Lucky to get 1 star. My partner had a house with these was alright until something happened and she contacted them. No running hot water with a child under 1 and pregnant. They sent somebody out to which recond wasn't their problem it's a problem with pipes out side. Yorkshire then came out did all their checks even fitted all new pipes outside the problem was in the house to which after many emails and phone calls they wasn't 1 bit intreasted in end out of good will yorkshire fixed the problem and the electrics. The only response got off them was that's nice and is their a problem with the electrics, not even bothered they left a pregnant woman and small child with no running hot water for over a week. The house was cleaner when left compared to when she moved in can tell by photos took the only items was left was few bits what came with the house like a small fridge, oven etc yet no deposit back

Just reviewed a comment from this review I posted 2 years ago about my negative experience, for them to comment saying I'm a fake review and never used their agency. Please see my proof and understand that a business will sometimes have negative reviews and learn from it.
