I had read Alex's reviews and they seemed to paint a picture of a friendly, knowledgable and reliable person. Alex is indeed friendly and knowledgable but reliability was an issue this year. I bought a product that was listed as in stock in the website and paid in full at the start of October 2020. After months of waiting, being told; its arriving soon, it'll be within a week, directly asking for a date and not being given any, it still had not arrived. I had expressed I desperately needed the equip asap (doing without the equipment was less than ideal at the time). I was also having to request updates rather than being updated, months passing between them. After being told next week at the start of jan, I wait 10 days to check back just to be fair and I'm told there is still no delivery date and I'm asked if I want to cancel my order. I do. Now mid Jan 2021. I order the product from amazon for a lot less and it arrives the next day. I hate amazon and I want to support smaller businesses directly but needs must. The other product I ordered was a lamp; ordered with a uk plug but came with an EU. I have to say Alex was very helpful and sent an adapter and an extra uk plug to fit myself at his expense. He claims he was sent eu instead of uk (the box was clearly labeled uk to he fair to him). I would have left a 3 star review but I believe the pandemic has caused a lot of problems with supply.
