Every order has damages goods... timber alway warped.. cupped ..split. Appalling quality. Customer service... left hand has no idea what right hand doing. No such thing as quality control... hide damage lengths in middle of order....

Placed order for stones and have had 4 failed delivery dates. Company are unwilling to deliver the product on the 4 dates stated and have pushed the delivery back over 2 weeks. When asked about a refund I was told they do not offer refunds and will not guarantee delivery for this Friday and expect it to be pushed back even further. Product is in stock and bagged ready for delivery they just have no intention of completing the delivery!! Avoid this company as they will take your money and not provide any goods

Super first class service. Phoned Goole branch this morning and spoke to Kevin, he was really helpful and knowledgeable. I then decided my best option was to go into the branch and I spoke to Kevin regarding what I needed, the service I got was brilliant and the price was spot on too. Getting my wood delivered which really helps. Will be returning again when I need more items - and I will ask for Kevin. Great service.
