Wow! An amazing experience for my first time trying on wedding dresses. I felt I was listened to and there was so much choice of gorgeously stunning gowns. So much effort was put into my time there, and the advice was 10/10. I loved all the recommendations! The shop felt so warm and welcoming and was instantly put at ease. I said yes to the 2nd dress I tried on! Highly recommend Bridal Oasis for your dream dress and top customer service!

The experience didn't feel personal, and the assistant was preoccupied with other jobs. I was the only person in the shop, but it didn't feel like it. I don't even remember the assistants name, that's how chaotic the whole experience was. After being told there was no pressure to buy anything, I felt very pressured to buy a dress that I didn't love, just because I was told it could be altered to fit what I had in mind but not until I had committed to the dress. Of course I understand that, but I didn't want to commit to it incase I still didn't love it after the alterations, but it felt very difficult to get that point across. I wouldn't recommend this place based on the experience I had.
