I would leave 0 rating if I could So I've been an auction buyer for the last 3 years. I understand the terms and conditions of buying "used" return items. However this auction centre lie to there customers to gain the max profits they can then sit on there terms and conditions. William geirge also allow this to take place and allow them to sell in this manner I bought a unit at the cost of 105 all in. 100% oak nest tables. The item was collected and loaded by there staff members. Upon getting home and unloading the hidden damage was discovered. When you buy and see actually photos of an item you expect it to be in that condition. I knew the item was used and has some damage to a corner join but I did not know and wasn't made aware of the massive deep gauges to the top of the unit. This was hidden in pictures and listing description. MY advice to anyone wanting to buy from this sale room go and view items or stay clear. They are not there for customer satisfaction just there own gains. This is the 2nd time this has happened the 1st time I spoke to John and thought I would give them benefit of the doubt. Better and more customer focused sale rooms out there

If you want to waste your time and money then buy anything from AJB auctions, I had a very bad experience with them, everything they said was false, find their business fraudulent And full of lies, Very dodgy business! Avoid buying from here

Do not buy anything here!!!! I went to collect my table last week and it was in pristine condition but didn't fit in my car. After having paid 79 for delivery the table arrived all scratched on the sides and considering it is a black table I was not happy!!! But guess what, they didn't care and just said that the table was like that already which is a LIE and they know it... Avoid at all costs, as not dealing with professional or serious people. Terrible customer service.
