        Exhorbitant pricing for annual checks - daylight robbery for what is a 5 minute, one-man job! The system itself is OK, however, the control panel is unecessarily loud for a residential unit. The Engineers are always friendly.

        Very poor customer service & the alarm engineer was even telling me as a customer about how they treat him at fishers, I am trying for over 3 weeks to fix an error with them but they do not resolve it. I have called them several times and they were postponing me for 3-5 working days. The work quality is at a low standards which I can only suggest to avoid these at ANY COST!
