Avoid this company specially the owner imran and her female assistant is a big fraud. They never pay the deposit back if you are a tenant. Never trust these guys. They will deduct your deposit by showing up fake expenses and never give explanation for them. And they might not put your deposit in any deposit scheme. So please avoid them.

Hi, They deserve 5 star. The best managing agency so far. We get our rent on time and we are very Pleased to be with them. Nice and helping staff. 100% recommended. Thumbs up

Please avoid this company at all costs especially if you are a landlord. to date i have not received rent from tenants for over 6 months, Orient are failing to do anything about it including returning my property. so the tenants are living rent free, i am struggling to obtain my property. when confronted they stated that i owe them a lump sum of 3k which is laughable as they are providing a non existent service. bear in mind when i asked why they have not collected rent from the tenants they make some form of excuse suggesting we should the tenants to court and try to divert the attention from them. they even refused me access in to my own property. i am unsure how i will get my property back but in the meantime i would not recommend any person to use this company. please note: staff are not very friendly when confronted they will form an aggressive barrier and undermine you in such a way you have no choice but to back off and think of an alternative solution.
