They always seem to be out of stock with prescription medication and fail to inform you so when you are due to run out and go to collect you find out last minute. When i explained that I would make a complaint, she seemed surprised and said, "Why do you want to complain?" Is she really this dumb? Peoples health is at stake, and in some cases, peoples lives, all because they don't bother to let you know that they have no stock. Keep in mind that I ordered my prescription a week in advance because of this same thing and went to collect it a week after to give them time to get it in. I will be switching to britannia pharmacy on green lane from now on.

The staff working here are so nice, I had lost my phone and they were nice enough to keep hold of it and return it to me. Thank you to all the staff

Staff need serious training. I was asked uncomfortable, personal questions by an older petit Indian lady at the counter. There were two other people behind me, and she asked them loud enough to be heard by a third person. Wheres patient dignity? Why werent the questions asked in private? And why werent they asked by a trained pharmacist? This is my closest pharmacy, but due to this shocking experience; I have our medication sent elsewhere. I get sick to my core, every time I think about it.
