I've used a variety of them, but this one stands out to me since it worked so effectively. good value for the money. Very kind and provided helpful advise; excellent customer service.

** Think these guys are franchised and this review relates to the North West London branch ** I called up mid June and after a fair amount of back and forth we arranged a visit June 15 as my tenant had seen rats in the kitchen. The technician came and then reported back there was a large hold next door that was likely where the rats were entering. I asked if that could be in the report I had paid 249 for and he said yes. I chased on June 16 and was told the next day. June 17 and no report, chased again and again via text, call and VM (as noone ever picked up). June 24th the guy from the office calls and asks for my email - the one I gave them June 16th, and the one on the application and payment receipt. Gave again. Got report. Not enough detail in the report to get my neighbour to fill in the hole, but i took pics anyway. Asked when they could come back to fill the holes after the bait had gone down. July 5 Quick Pest Control CALL ME asking ME if they should come back yet. I said I was going off their technician that they should al be dead in a few days but tenant still hearing rats. Said leave a few more days and booked Monday 11th July for return visit and to ideally fill the holes to stop them coming in. This is where it got worse... Monday 11th July. My tenant takes morning off for the visit. No one turns up. I chase. Tuesday 12th July I call, leave a message (noone ever answers) and text asking for an update. Technician picks up and says he will go in an hour. Asks for tenants details (again). Ends up going back later that night. Said they couldn't fill holes as couldn't get access .. to a dishwasher on wheels that I know pulls out. Weds 13th July after 2nd visit I ask for an update and when the holes can be filled. No response. 13 - 25th July I call, text and leave messages. No response. It is now 1 month since I paid. 25th July I get a text saying they need to leave it 4 weeks after the 2nd visit for 'better utilization of my money'. This directly contradicted what the technician said about getting the holes filled. They say they have tenants details and will sort revisit direct. Nothing .... 9th September - I call and leave VM, then text asking for next steps. Nothing .... September 26. Calls and texts but still no reply and no contact to tenant. No rats at least so hoping they have all died off. Can someone call me with an update on when they can fill the holes. Nothing ... October 7th - I'm now annoyed. Tenant has been great but we both want this over. Still no contact. I have to call another one of the Quick Pest Control offices to try and get them to call me back. Funnily enough this time they do. I supply my tenants contact details, again. After some more back and forth they come and seal the holes. This is 4 months after I paid for their service. November 30th - rates are back, less than 6 weeks after they filled the holes. I called and told them, and they told me their 'guarantee' is from the start date of the treatment, not the end date. If I want them to come back out they want another 249 to start all of this again. So, my advice, if you live in NW do not use these guys. I can't say anything about the other offices, and when I spoke with them they were helpful and understanding, but overall these guys took my money and didn't deliver on their promise or their guarantee. Two stars because when they did turn up they were nice. They just didn't get to turn up much because the office isn't run very well.
