Its been just over a year since I joined energise, best decision! The staff, environment and services are just simply remarkable. energise is literally minutes from me so I can pop in whenever I want! I do get a bit crazy whilst training but that doesnt seem to be a problem at all, everyone does their own thing. When joining theyll discuss your goals and give you advice on how you can achieve. The classes are also amazing, you really ache afterwards! But thats good :D So overall, I cant express enough how much Energise has helped me, both physical and mentally. Definitely give it a go!
