I didn't purchase a knife, but i requested a custom piece of brass to be machined. (Custom made razor handle and stand) The price was incredibly competitive and the turnaround time was amazing. ~15 days from technical drawings sent to items arriving at the door. The items were made exactly as requested and the finish on the parts was great! (The photos are AFTER an antiquing solution was applied.) Communication was also good and responses were always fast.

Both 2 knives a year ago. I am using them on a weekly basis at home - meat, vegetables, spices, everything. Sunday chef of 20 years and what not. I cut my fingers (sometimes just by cleaning the knives) every single time. These knives are flippin' amazing - not for amateurs like me. If and when I decide to go on a rampage, I will go nowhere else for quality. After a year, they feel better than anything previously owned - and they were about 75 each. Best investment ever.
