We had used several IT companies before and had a terrible experience with all them. However, when we found RapidIT who were referred to us, we have been the completely happy ever since. Very skilled with in-depth knowledge and expertise. Quick to answer calls and deal with emergency situations no matter what time of the day, or day of the week. It has been refreshing.
