Kuul Media

After seeing various video reviews of the BuzzTV X5 I did a search for a UK distributor and came across Kuul Media. I gave them a call and spoke to Hardy who answered the questions I had about the product. I went ahead and purchased one which arrived the next morning. After setting it up, I encountered a few problems entering some of the required information so I again called Kuul and left a message. Hardy called me back and incredibly patiently took me through the setup procedures and then took the time to take me through all the different functions of the box. To say I was overwhelmed is an understatement, it's amazing what these boxes can do! I watched various programs that were continually freezing and buffering on my 4K Firestick and they ran perfectly without a stutter on the X5 and loaded incredibly fast. I have to say that I have been blown away by both the product and the incredible (and I do mean incredible) customer service from Hardy at Kuul. Nothing was too much trouble and he seemed genuinely enthusiastic and happy to help. I have no hesitation is giving the highest recommendation to Hardy and Kuul. If you are in the market for media devices, look no further, you will not be disappointed!

Bought a BuzzTV U5 box from Kuul. Really fast delivery, great communication throughout and above and beyond customer service for a minor software question i had. Have since bought a Vidstick from the site and will purchase from there again. Highly recommended.

i recently used this service and i have found the most experienced man on buzz boxes absolutely brilliant service, i highly recommend this sight the man is very knowledgeable on all boxes.
