I went in there to get help because it's possible that I will be made redundant. Was turned away by the irritated G4S Security Guard. Told me toi go online. Sad that that G4S won't let you speak with centre staff.

My claim was closed before any legitimate money was paid to me. The DWP made me stand outside my house and take a picture with the door open to proof that i live there and if i didn't a threat that my claim would be closed. I had a go but beggars can't be choosers. Then i decided to go self-employed but changed my mind and when i tried to explain that i had no documentation or hadn't initiated anything with HMRC in the two weeks and was still looking for a job, they just kept saying we will close your claim if we don't see proof now that you are not self-employed and bring in statements. instead of going to the Ilford Exchange one which i normally go to, they sent me to Seven Kings by accident. I've had a lot on my mind and just stressed out. I told the lady that I needed to reschedule the meeting as I had not got my documents together. By the time I arrived home, my claim was closed. The only payment I received was an advanced one. The whole experience has really messed with my head, it was humiliating and absolutely destroyed any confidence I had and just added to the stress in my life. ITs a horrid, horrid system and the agents are just clicking away at the screen

My adviser Saika has helped me so much with getting an apprenticeship . She has worked with my support worker to help me and give me the right support . I have some learning barriers and she has always been patient with me and taken extra time with me . Saika is a really kind professional adviser and I have not had a similar experience with the others. Kind regards Shanaya shah
