Refused to make up a bouquet and told me to take what she had - (half dead bouquets). I called prior to going and asked if they could make some whilst I wait she said it wouldnt be a problem. Avoid not a proper florist its a newsagent that sells some flowers!!!

Great shop with really good prices. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have placed many orders for weddings, funerals and birthdays and they always make it special for us.
