I purchased a property in January which needed complete renovation and came across Major Building Contractors through two family friends whom have used Major Building Contractors before. Dealing with Major was straightforward and easy. I was really impressed with my new loft, extension and internal renovations. The team was hard working and they finished my project on time even whilst the pandemic was going on. I would highly recommend Major Building Contractors and look forward to working with them again in the future.

MBC has provided us with an amazingly professional package of consultation, planning, building and customer engagement. All the staff that worked on the project were professional and friendly. They have transformed our dead loft space into a luxury master bedroom with an en-suite. The staircase looks as if they've always been a part of the house and the loft itself is a beautiful spacious 3rd bedroom that has given us the extra room we were looking for. MBC deserve a five star rating based upon their attention to detail, project progression and value for money. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a loft conversion. A good job well done. Stay Blessed Major !

Despite trying to contact mbc on numerous occasions to repair Windows they arranged to be fitted, my texts and messages remain unanswered. The window company they used, refuse to repair or accept responsibility or provide a 10 guarantee. And mbc are not resolving the on going situation.
