Terrible customer service! Didn't try to have a conversation with me at all. Spoke in a foreign language to her colleague the entire time. The cut is extremely poor! After complaining to them about what she had done, they said "we are sorry, but it looks good still" and still charged me the full amount & asked me to leave there shop. VERY RUDE STAFF! I stopped going to Sugilite due to the old hair stylist being quite rude. But because they have a new stylist decided to use them again. Looks like somethings never change. I booked my daughter wash,cut and blowdry. Somehow this place Apparently only use a hairdryer to air-dry air for this service and they dont use salon brushes to dry hair. Most salons when u book wash cut and blow dry they would dry hair with brush and style it. But here ooooh no thats nt what this full service means. I have been to many salons from top end to norml high st ones for myself in past and wash, cut and dry has always meant they will dry hair using salon brush and style it. When i said why is it more money to get ur hair dried with a brush they said bcoz it is. When i asked then why is this not specified anywhere in your price list? They said they dnt hve time to do that. They also didnt deduct the deposit i paid when i confirmed the booking via a link they sent me. I had to go and collect me deposit after couple of hours when i realised they charged me more then they should have. This def was the last time i am using them as some places jst dnt understand customer service. They were over booked and didnt have place to even sit the clients who were getting pedi/manicure and were constantly been moved to hair stylist section to reception. Unproffessional! I dont know what to say about this beauty salon! I had my facial and hair treatment done today they were super busy but still provided the best customer service and smiles on their faces! Staff are lovely and super friendly you will enjoy with so much! My hair it was very damaged but after hair treatment i got is very soft and smooth! After the second step of my facial, I was able to see my skin glowing and clean! They deserve 10 stars I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!

Absolute disgrace, would leave zero stars if possible. Tried to provided a service which they clearly have no knowledge of and due to the treatment not working they tried to blame it on me as a customer. I wouldnt recommend this salon as a member of the staff (Ruksa) even mentioned they cant provide a 5 star service. Please do your research before approaching this salon. Service: Hairstyling
