Amazing service! Very kind, informative and helpful staff. Very happy with the sofa we ended up buying. A lady spent 1.5h with us explaining everything about sofas, cushions and fabrics.

Can give 5 star however had to wait long time before can find someone to help with my questions. Need more staff however Priya was excellent in helping to choose

Was ok, but didn't have a vast range of small sofas, which I was looking for. Didn't appear to be any staff to help, so just wandered round and then out as couldn't find what I wanted. Good shop if you are looking for big furniture though.

Just had someone from the service team out, aka Mr No. Clearly came with the intention of refusing any serious work needed to be done with the sofa, despite being within warranty. Weve had the sofa less than 2 years (cloth sofa) and you can feel the bare wood on the armrests, as well as the springs that have completely lost their spring properties, but he said this is all natural and so DFS wont fix it. When he could be helpful with the cushions and figuring out why they had gone lumpy and had lines in them, he told us just so you know, Im not here to plump your cushions. Rubbish service, arrogant and abrupt service guy, if you think youll get aftercare with DFS think again.
