Not satisfied with their response. Initially they were so friendly but later they answered in a frustrating manner when asked for any suggestions or help.

Do not use this company. I would give them 0 if I could. At the start of my tenancy they said we find it hard to find tenants this is why .... They do not carry out inspections. The tenant before me was evicted and they left everything in arrears. Including water bills and gas .There was no hot water, no gas, toilet did not flush, leaking radiators that did not work, the whole building smelt awful and the property had about 8 months of dirt built up. I was threatened and asulted by one of their property managers after being told to come to their office. Also they have no accounts team. The only person with authority is the Director who is never there so good luck ever getting your deposit back after your tenancy along with that their offices are hardly ever open during normal business hours.
