Avoid! OK they attending quickly but as the property is tenanted and I as landlord was away my hands were tied in that they had my tenant's card number, the final bill was much higher than they said it would be, they took a faulty part away which I asked for back as it should have been under warranty but they said they have 'disposed of it' which I find hard to believe. I have never encountered a plumber who took away a part unless it was of use. Get a recommended local plumber as I have now done before you need them!

Very disappointing service. Paid 300 to fix a leaking toilet of a vacant property. On returning to property 4 weeks after work carried out further leaking had taken place-which must have been a result of shoddy workmanship since no-one had been in property in intervening period. . When trying to arrange a follow-up to resolve problem was advised that they would accept no liability & we would need to pay for additional work. Referenced a 2 month warranty period that no mention had been made with at any other point. Am following up with trading standards who ave advised we have a case.

Excellent quality, extremely helpful in finding good solutions for my kitchen. I just moved to my new flat in Holloway, these guys helped me fix my heaters, the boiler and all the pipes near the sink. Definitely recommended!

Appalling service. The plumber came to fix a leaky toilet flush. He started breaking my bathroom wall to access the cistern, only to realize after 30min (at 110gbp/h +VAT, and hundreds of pounds of wall damage) that he could access it by unscrewing the toilet seat. It needed a new part and he said he would order it, which was supposed to take a week but eventually dragged on for 1.5 months. He then failed to come twice on the day we scheduled, and never called back. As I write, the toilet seat is still lying useless on my bathroom floor. M-tech was an expensive mistake for me.

These people are amazing! Normally you ring a plumber expecting to be told you've got a big problem and it's several hundred pounds for the call-out or something. The guy I spoke with actually talked me through the fixing of my boiler over the phone! Didn't ask for a penny! Crazy! Best plumber I've ever spoken to and if there ever is anything that needs doing they're totally worth it.
