        Maria is incredible, she has a great energy and really teaches you about the purpose of the exercises. She never pushes you to a point where you don't want to have another session but you definitely see the results within weeks. She takes on board your concerns and really tailors the exercises. Thank you for making working out fun for me Maria! Can't wait to train with you again in the future.

        Im on week 7 of Train with Maria and I have no complaints. Maria is AMAZING! She makes you feel so comfortable, she also has so much knowledge to share and is always there when you need her. She also really listens to you, which is something I really appreciate. I am really enjoying my program and am already starting to see results. I would highly recommend!! Shes the best PT Ive ever had!
