Touraj from Park Royal has done an amazing job! Great professionalism, he gave proper advice about direction of floor and he did a great job putting emphasis on the details! Also very nice guy to work with. Could not recommend more! Thank you Touraj and Park Royal!

Well, where do I start! Absolutely exemplary service from this store upon my visit! I came down to Tapi Carpets directly in hope to speak to someone regarding fitting out my funeral parlour because I dont know where to even begin when it comes ordering carpets. I was met by a very welcoming store manager by the name of Paul who was very helpful in assisting me to find the right carpet tailored to the peaceful and calming environment that a funeral parlour presents. The sole reason I write this review is because Ive had countless unhelpful experiences with copious amounts of business in the past so Im a big believer in giving credit when its due. Keep doing what your doing Paul you are a credit to Tapi Carpets!

Went in for quotes and to view carpet style and I couldn't be happier with the customer service they have there. Very polite and friendly staff they even gave some ideas to colour schemes and styles to go with the room in decorating which I realy liked. Just need to work out a date for the job to be done then I will defo be going back to book it in Thanks tapi carpets & flooring Brent cross

First visit..nice. Second when the company get the money, you will receive for the job the third part,... impolite people. They even break my ps5 accidentally and refused to recognise. I dont recommend....
