        Great service at this branch and Ian was so helpful. And you like on a bed which takes your measurements etc to help you decide on the perfect mattress.

        Elizabeth at staples corner was so lovely from the moment we stepped into the store she greeted us, put me on the diagnostic bed, gave me a pillow, and have us a drink whilst we sorted out payment and delivery. She was also very informative and knowledgable. The perfect mattress buying experience.

        The staff can't be bothered speaking with clients and any questions you ask they tell me that stock isn't available till Feb 23

        Poor staff and service. One of the staff suggested that we take their Sleepmatch test, but she quickly left, stating that she had a previous customer to service and would return to us VERY SOON (havent' seen her since). Another member of staff assisted her customer with this test. She removed our testing results directly without asking and said we were wasting other customers' time.
