        Terrible customer service - procured a bottle as a birthday gift. It did not arrive on time, when it became apparent it wouldn't arrive on time I called several times and emailed them to stop them from dispatching it as they do not do free returns. They ignored these communications and dispatched it and I had to return it at my own cost. I emailed them to request that they refund this postage cost as the item had been dispatched after I had cancelled the order and they ignored this email too. I would not buy from these people again, unless you are not in a rush for the item / know that you will not need to return the item or get in contact with them regarding your order. The amount for the whisky was refunded, but I am not sure if that was initiated by them or by Paypal.
