Henry is one of the great therapeutical masseurs - he is world class. Following some high impact ski accidents, fractured vertebrae, two failed back surgeries and a more recent dislocated rib, I have struggled for years with 12 hours days at a desk in the investment banking industry. I tried 12 chiropractors and nearly as many osteopaths, physio paths and masseurs before finding Henry. I have since stopped looking for anyone else as he is the Yoda of healing. Henry sees with his hands not his eyes. He is pragmatic, highly skilled and logical; he is not a flaky mystic or one of the many low grade expensive amateurs out there. He has trained in many different arts and blends them like a world class musician - he knows his instrument (the body) backwards. Many offer temporary relief with muscle work that feels nice at the time and shortly after but never really lasts, he offers something more significant, something that lasts. He finds the tensions in your myofacia and not the muscles (for those unfamiliar - the myofacia is your web of connective tissue - think of the white in an orange and not the orange pulpy segments which in my fruity metaphor could be the equivalent of the muscles). The myofacia can become rock solid and stuck. If you are out of alignment it can lock you into a permanent state of pain or discomfort that you simply cant change yourself with a theragun or regular massage. When I feel out of shape and in pain, he slowly loosens my myofacia and helps it back into symmetry. He works under the radar; you may think he is not doing anything but be patient - trust me he is and its profound. Henry is so good I was reluctant to give a review for fear I would lose him to hoards of demanding new customers but he deserves the praise. Thank you for your skills, dedication and help. Henry
