      • Beachcomber

        The AST man seemed knowledgeable and was very polite. He looked at what's required and promised a quote in 2 working days. After 2 weeks there's no quote, despite it being an urgent problem. Chasing for it with a further call didn't help. I've had to conclude that he's too busy or not interested, but doesn't feel like telling me. Quite a waste of time from my point of view as it delayed me getting other people to do the job.
