"Call us back tomorrow", "call us back in 3 days", "we will call you back soon", "we do not have any appointments, even for emergency" Why do you even exist?

I do not recommend this place!!! They are so unprofessional, incapable to offer you support. The receptionist doesn't understand anything, you have to explain them so many times and nothing , they cannot help you. It's the worst medical service!!! Doesn't deserve even one star!

My wife and I went to reception today 6th of February at 19:00h asking a face to face appointment because my wife has had a throat infection since 6 months ago. It was the answer of the woman who was at the desk, there isn't any appointment for today, nor tomorrow, nor after tomorrow. I have to call tomorrow from 8:00h for having an appointment. It doesn't make sense because they told me there won't be any appointment next days. My wife has had 2 appointments by phone last time but no doctor has seen her throat then she's getting worse and worse. I couldn't understand how there wasn't any appointment for today when only a patient was waiting the doctor there. I believe if I'd asked a private appointment paying I wouldn't have had any problem for getting it today or tomorrow.

Staff is very helpful, especially Renata who is always ready to go extra mile for the patients.
