The receptionists are extremely rude. They dont let you speak I understand they are under pressure I have been in this surgery for more then 19 years all the good doctors had gone if you need a referral this quite impossibleI have called for appointments wait and wait this your time no appointments its very sad I used to love its practice now i dont see the pleasure of call and get one appointment since Covid all appointments are on call Covid its gone please . They really need a change from managers all good receptionist have gone .

Absolutely diabolical service, receptionist was pretty much arguing with me over an emergency prescription request (should in no way have to deal with this type of confrontation when just trying to get your much needed medication!) no regard for their patients. Never experienced a GP surgery so awful and rude. Needs to be placed under special measures to have any type of improvement, avoid!!!

Im very sorry they are not professional no one answer in the phone and they are rude I regret to change my old GP from Hackney it was amazing for 15 years

Receptionist very unfriendly. Dr. Benthley I am not sure if she is qualified but every time you go there is nothing wrong with you she is waste of time. She missed diagnosed my wife and my son. I would use rude words but I cant. We have left this surgery.
