really not happy with this clinic. not professional , not good service. never come again, never recommend to others. Thanks for response. The reason for complaint was that a total four times booking were made, but you cancelled three for various reasons ( Doctor's sick, the system's problem etc ) on the last day ! The last appointment was rebooked on the phone which I thought it was on Thursday, I did not received a confirming message and neither reminder text, so I went to your clinic on Thursday at 2pm. The clinic was closed, I followed the two phone number on the door, one got no answer, and the another asked me to wait for 5 minutes. At the same time, there was another your client was waiting at the door who seemed to have the same issue as me and same upset. I waited for 15 minutes, did not see anyone came, then I left. Next day I got your call and was told that the appointment was today, it was not in my schedule so I was late. You should have told me the right appointment when I called you on Thursday instead of making me wait 5 minutes with no one came. You always informed me at the last minutes. Why ? Our time is equally precious, right ? I am lucky not to rebook again with your clinic as I can find much better clinics around

Had my first appointment today. Both reception and dentist were like very friendly and efficient. Excellent advice and upfront information regarding what had to be done, all the prices disclosed upfront. A very calming atmosphere.
