We brought a mattress and bed from these lot and they sent us faulty products. Weve been ringing them for 10 days and the manager named Guppz is not answering calls or emails.
We brought the bed from staples corner Bedworld and these guys have the WORST customer service ever! They refuse to give a refund even though their products are faulty and its impossible to get through to this guy Guppz.
Im taking legal actions now, consumers rights do apply and they have no right to send no body faults products and neglect the fact that Im trying to get this sorted.
Stay away from these people .
