January 2023 - Ive recently purchased a beautiful indigo cashmere throw from Oyuna. I was fortunate to make a trip to the London store which was such a treat. The service was exceptional as always, and the young lady patiently waited while I made up my mind and kindly recommended the deli across the street where I had a wonderful brunch afterwards. I still have my first Oyuna cashmere throw from 2008. Over the years the colour faded where I had it folded on the bed but its still soft and warm and makes me feel at home wherever I take it. Oyuna creates with intention, integrity and love. Whether for person or home, theres a sense of tranquility and peace. So grateful to have these items of functional art on my path on this planet. ________________________________________ Excellent customer service meets amazing fabric and flattering designs. I have loved Oyunas cashmere (blankets & throws) for a long time and have recently ventured into their clothing. Its always tricky to purchase clothes online and virtually impossible to receive service which feels personal. After receiving the Zivah indigo dress Id ordered it seemed different to how it was described online. Even though I liked the dress, it wasnt quite what I had in mind. I contacted Oyuna to arrange a return and decided to drop off the dress myself to save postage costs. They dont currently have their own shop but were happy for me to visit their workspace. The entire team were very warm, friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to have the opportunity to try on a few items. I did end up keeping the original dress but was glad to have the opportunity to meet some of the people behind the scenes. Their customer service is great because I was made to feel valued as a person. The team listened to my feedback and engaged with me. I highly recommend the brand and am very grateful for their approach.

The Oyuna collections are invariably so well made that you are sure you will enjoy them for years to come. There is a uniqueness about them but at the same time a timelessness. I love and cherish each piece, whether clothing, accessories or home wear. Try and Im certain you wont regret it!
