I would give no stars if I could, not even half a star. Judging by the reviews, I am not the only one that thinks this practice is a disgrace! To cut a long story short I tried for a whole week to book a GP appointment for my son who is disabled and has a brain injury and had various issues I needed to discuss with the GP. Including referrals wheelchair application form signed and other forms and a check on his cholesterol and meds. So I called and Kelly the receptionist said a Dr would get back to me and I explained I needed it on a day that I wasnt working and she then put me into practice manager (only by name and she is in capable of managing a surgery) Michelle she promised I would get a call back with an appointment for the following Friday within the working days 48hrs On the Monday I heard nothing so I called again Tuesday Thursday Friday Still not given an appointment and was spoken to by a very rude, incompetent and disrespectful receptionist team In a most disrespectful way. Who refused to be helpful. Stacey Kelly Zina (who called police on me) I went in there today to get a complaints form, Stacey was on office phone, whilst also browsing on her personal mobile. Ignored me, then zina came in and I asked her to get the manager and a complaint form she refused both. Saying Michelle was busy. Stacey offered me an A4 piece of paper no official complaints form and no direction to complaints policy. They then ended up calling police on me. But they do not actually know what they have done now and for the sake of a call and a complaints form I will be taking this as far as it can go and will be suing them. Managed to get complaint form through the police who also went back into surgery and gave it to Michelle. I have 2 witnesses who were also disgusted. Next step PALS and if I am not happy Ombudsman. I am registering my son at a much better surgery up the road as Dr Razac doesnt give a hoot about patient care and receptionists are disgusting! Stay away from this surgery! Make a complaint and they call police No wonder they have warnings on the phone and wall in surgery warning about untoward behaviour probably because they Have had so many unhappy patients as they are utterly incompetent.

-100 You should deal with great hesitation and reservation with this surgery. I dont frequent this surgery and this is partly why; A member of the administrative staff divulged my medical records without my consent to a family member. On 21st February 2023 a member of my family called myself informing me a member of the surgery staff asking for me the family member asked what the call pertained to subsequently a response was given unfortunately that response was in direct violation of the NSH act 2006 section 251 my medical records were then factually shared by that member of staff to my family member. Upon understanding the surgery where looking for me and the content of the telephone conversation with my family member I called the surgery 30th February 2023 for an explanation to why my medical records were shared without my consent to a family member, I made the senior practice manager aware I am being harassed by family members as a direct result to my medical records being shared without my consent which is causing me distress, with panic and repeated succession of what seemed at the time sincere apologies the senior practice manager acknowledged the breach to confidentiality and apologised and said they will issue an letter of apology stating the fact. Later that day on the 30th of February I received the letter of apology the content of the letter was devoid of acknowledging the breach of trust and confidentiality rather the senior practice manager thought it a sincere apology to apologise for writing to me. Im yet to make sense of the letter as it is devoid of accountability or logic and portrays the unashamed contempt for its patient and resigning failure Golborne Practice west Ten group has committed itself to. I have experienced many other incidents of malpractice in varying degrees with this surgery over 20+ year span as their patient I have shared none until today I have reached the pinnacle of tolerance and loyalty divulging private medical records is the epitome of resounding failure in a medical practice assigned to aid assist and shield its patients. The people that are entrusted with such sensitive information should be characters that can be trustworthy and not traders in gossip and office natter about their patients. I am not shocked nor surprised but disappointed as a Muslim myself that the surgery is headed by an apparent Muslim representing a large portion of the Muslim patient demographic in the area of kensington a medical practitioner who should be a representative of high upstanding moral values and whom displays their credentials with pride in the waiting area of this surgery in admiration of their accomplishments yet fails to take time to properly observe and frequently vet those they employ to act administrative roles on their behalf. I ask Dr Razak what does it feel to have your rights violated and undermined to be treated with contemptible indifference? and if you Dr Razak cant relate to your patients are you even suitable for the job you have been entrusted to fulfil?. A new building is not a remedy to failing morals meeting quotas and contractual obligations by any means necessary is void of integrity.
