        Customer Support is horrendous! I purchased shoes and sized up per their website because I'm a half size. The shoes were too big. I contacted support for information to obtain an international shipping label since their website did not recognizing my order #. Over a 2 1/2 week time-frame I have sent 6 emails and received 4 responses and the issue is still not resolved. They have sent me wrong links. Linked did not work. The website did not recognize my order # & zip code - which I sent them a print screen of, etc... Their website and Google info page list do not phone # to contact them. Not only will not order from them again I am posting on the USA influence's site not to purchase from this company so others don't have this happen to them!
