Susan and Julian expertly guided me through the upholstery of an old, tired looking sofa that's been in my family for years, and have utterly transformed it into a new, fabulous piece. New fabric, new seat sofa cushions, new scatter cushions, new feet. They were excellent at communicating and following up, and offered various solutions and fine tuning to make sure everything looked perfect. Would highly recommend their service, and will come back with other pieces/ other jobs. Service: Refurbishment

I would thoroughly recommend Susan and her team. We needed 4 sets of curtains for a house we moved into. Sue's team helped source, make and install the curtains. The lead time was an impressive 3 weeks. The curtains are beautiful with interlining and the installation team were professional, polite and hard working. Most importantly they were very fairly priced (we normally go to John Lewis, but their lead time was 12 weeks and they were a similar price....) I'm so glad we popped into Sue's shop on Golborne Road as the end product is so much better too. Sue is currently helping us with more stuff because the service was so great. Do check them out if you are looking for anything re. interiors, fabric, upholstery. I rarely do reviews, but as you can tell I am very impressed with their service. Service: Room planning

My boyfriend and I bought a chair from this place. The chair was an antique, reupholstered in a fabric of our choosing, incredibly expensive, delivery promised within a week but took at least 4. We paid half in cash, and later on, Julian the owner, tried to question whether or not wed paid anything at all. As soon as we tried to move the chair in our flat, one of the wheels fell off and the leg broke in two. Julian then refused to repair the leg, and even had the audacity to research us and suggest that my partner do an Instagram post in return for the repair. Incredibly indiscreet, unprofessional and inappropriate. Will never shop here again and wouldnt recommend. Terrible service.
