Pan-n-Ice Events

Used them for a big party and they caused so many issues on a really important day confirmed set ups all of a sudden different confirmed food vendors replaced which meant different food than agreed particular staffing requirements that were pre agreed and confirmed were actually now not possible (1.5 weeks prior event I had to try and find reliable staff in the middle of June) food serving time finished hours before agreed on the night as the vendors were not told - we had to beg them to source more food and then come back to continue to serve the guests which was just the pinnacle no apology but I got charged a hefty sum for the additional food and stay of the vendors (although I was told in writing multiple times its all sorted with the vendor) I then get an invoice 9 months later although clearly told all accounts are settled at the time The ice cream was super fun but as events go I have never had such bad experience in terms of false promises and organisation. My tech team had to sort out vendors, staffing and support with the additional food on the day and without them it would have been a Nightmare. Im really shocked how we were treated and how poor the service was So disappointed in this company and the lack of responsibility taken by individuals. Left such a sour taste at an event that was really special to us.

We booked Pan N Ice for a corporate event and they were able to turn it around within 5 days. Excellent service, would highly recommend!

We had Pan N Ice in our office for Pancake Day and everyone absolutely loved it! The selection of sweet and savoury crepes was exactly what we were hoping for. George and his team did such an incredible job organising the logistics, so would highly recommend them for an event!

Such an amazing team with an even better concept. We thoroughly enjoyed the set up and flavours of something so simple but was the greatest hit at our event. Will definitely be hiring them again for our next event!
