Golborne Medical - Dr Y Razak

Dr Heller is the best GP I have come across in London. Not only does she have a great manner, you can tell she really wants to make a difference and as a result is fantastic at her job. She is excellent at issues spotting and goes above and beyond to help you. I cannot give her high enough praise.

Dr Heller is a great Doctor, she's very attentive and proactive. She makes me feel like she really listens to my concerns and comes across as she really cares.

I joined this GP (Dr Razak's practice) after having a bad experience with another local practice. They've been incredibly helpful during my pregnancy and the recent birth of my daughter, usually calling back within a couple of hours and organising in person appointments and prescriptions as needed. Very happy with them and felt the reviews online didn't represent the experience I've had at all.

spoke with the rudest receptionist on the ecg line. she was extremely judgemental and unhelpful, idk who she was but i will be changing gp's largely because of her and the fact that this gp refuses to even call back regarding my mental health concerns and requests for further referrals. at first they were helpful but over the months they neglected my requests if they involved mental health and just overall seem like they don't care about their patients. but the rude woman was the last straw lol
