Lowton Motor Company: Golborne Used Car Centre

I have bought Audi q5 2017 from lowton With a seller called Zack .Firstly I have been told tyres are in good condition first week I collect the car I needed buy 2 new tyres for 190 . I have phoned 4 5 times for v5 logbook And at the end I have contacted DVLA and they said there is no any name changes on the car so I had to phone manager and finally after 2 months I had my.v5 but in a wrong name .I have paid for additional warranty but it's not been activated I have phone again 3 4 times to activate the warranty which I paid for its activated finally because car is broken so I needed use it . lastly they are polishing the car very very good after second wash its massive crack came up on front of the car So please becareful when you purchasing car

Overall very happy with my experience with Lowton motor company. Zach who I dealt with me from start to finish kept me up to date with the progress of the purchase and sale. On collection day the process was straight forward and my new car looked perfect as he said it would. Would definately reccomend Lowton motor company to anybody looking for there next car.
