We are going ahead with a staircase. Just felt slightly pressured to seal the deal - where I am mature enough to make my own decisions. Long lead time but think it will be worth it. What a battle! Exhausted with having to be our own quality control and have rectified blunder after blunder. I don't doubt some folks have had good service/installation. We think our installation fell between the gaps over and over again.

Cant say enough good things about Mike Wade and his team. We have just had a full staircase replaced and the job is amazing. They arrived on time, delivered exactly what we asked for and left the place in a cracking condition. Looks absolutely amazing. Thanks sooooo much. Would definitely use Abbott Wade again and recommend others do too.

Abbotwade completed a glass and oak staircase in November 2021, the lads were great, in fact everything from the first visit to look at the job to aftercare could not be faulted. We recently needed to contact them regarding damage to the hand rail, not caused by the installation, again they were first class, sent a team round to look at the damage and put it right, we fully expected to be charged for this and they had every right to do so but as they had a team in the area they didnt, theres many companies out there that would have. They were not the cheapest quote but we believe they are the best, after an initial deposit final payment was only expected after the job was complete and when we were totally happy with the results. They removed the old bannister from site, were clean and tidy, we cannot recommend this company more and would recommend them to anyone thinking of renewing their stairs.
