If I could rate less than 1 star I would. The good service ends the second you leave the showroom. We placed an order in store, we were told to call up if we wanted to amend it due to size. We called the store back to change to a 3 seater instead of a 2 seater and they just seemed uninterested. This was only the beginning of the problem. Once this all got sorted we had our sofa delivered (6 hours later than it said) and we had an item missing. We were told it would be delivered the next day. When we rang to confirm we were told somebody would call us back but never did (they never do). Anyway as we live local to the head office we went inside to try and get this sorted. As expected in person the red carpet treatment is back out. We were sat with a regional manager lady who assured us this would be sorted that day. After a long day of searching for the item it appears it was still with the supplier. This is now 4 weeks on and we get zero contact, we have no idea when to expect the sofa and whenever you ring up they say the same thing, the item shows its there but its not letting me select delivery. Then they say it must just still be with the supplier we will call you back. Absolute waste of time. Never again will I order from this company. Already emailed your complaints department and again had no response. Dont waste your time.

Gave special instructions to Sofology when booking in delivery for them to wear foot covers but totally ignored even when I asked the guys, they said they dont have any offered them bags they said yes but never wore them. Woke me up at 7am for this delivery l! I advised before delivery to assemble inside property again no instructions followed leading to corner sofa not getting through. They advised they will have to take to warehouse to disassemble and attempt delivery again!! Look at pics the way the sofas have been treated. Disgusted!! Left without sofas

We placed an order in store, we were told to call up if we wanted to amend it due to size. We called the store back to change to a 3 seater instead of a 2 seater and they just seemed uninterested.
This was only the beginning of the problem. Once this all got sorted we had our sofa delivered (6 hours later than it said) and we had an item missing. We were told it would be delivered the next day. When we rang to confirm we were told somebody would call us back but never did (they never do).
Anyway as we live local to the head office we went inside to try and get this sorted. As expected in person the red carpet treatment is back out.
