Absolute shocking service. Lesson cancelled due to illness with the tutor. Which is fine ofcoarse things happen. Was promised a reschedule didn't hear anything for over a week. I contacted in regards to the missing lesson which was already payed for. To receive a reply back saying I was being angry. How a person can know anger though a text is beyond me. I simply asked the question about my missing lesson that I had been waiting a week to hear from. Then moved onto how they have over 200 customers and they are very busy. That's fair enough I was simply asking about my lesson they cancelled. Not the most professional and make their customers feel uncomfortable.

Ive been trying to learn to play the guitar for years since retiring finally Ive found a tutor with the skills, background, professionalism to enable me to progress and give me the confidence to improve my technique even my wife sees and hears the improvement Mark is also highly personable and pleasant person with an immeasurable amount of patience

My 12 yr son has had guitar lessons here for the past 12 months and really enjoys it. Tutors are great and have been great through the pandemic too.
