I have brought 2 Methven kitchen taps from Costco. Both the taps start leaking from handle and even the new same taps have same problem but when spoke to Methven they saying it not leaking when tested on the their side. I am sure they lying about it as I had confirmed twice with the plumber either it tap or something else issue but he is 100% confirmed it is issue with the tap before I have contact the Methven. so I recommend didn't buy any taps from Methven it is waste of money. Update: Thank you Methven for Wonderfull after sales service. They have responded very quickly to my review and taken necessary action to solve this problem.i am really very happy with their after sales service.

Ive had a number of problems in my own house with two of my own showers over a period of time, its a fairly new build house. The house builder and plumbing contractor kept making excuses and failed to assist / rectify the problems. In view of living local to Methven In Golborne I decided to visit and if needed buy the required additional parts myself. I spoke to a fantastic manager named Cassey, she was extremely patient and understanding and without question agreed to replace the required parts I needed. Within an hour I had all parts and the showers were all sorted the same day. A great company to deal with and brilliantly customer service.
