Had someone ( owner I believe) come to do a quote for my en suite remodel, trying to sell me everything under the sun and calling me cheap for not wanting to replace a sink/vanity and for already purchasing the tiles (last company I hired cancelled my job the day it was scheduled for.)and sized up the size of my wallet before telling me I didn't actually want my en suite done. Only giving them two stars because he showed up roughly on time. Not a good experience, could have just told me he didn't want the job.

We had a dressing room / office designed, supplied and fitted by Planahome. Steve (the owner) arrived promptly and talked me through the design process. He informed me of the lead time and I was happy to go ahead. Steve called me and told me that his team could actually complete the job a month earlier than anticipated, although he said I could stick to the original lead time if preferred. I took him up on the offer and his team arrived. They were professional and courteous at all times. The level of workmanship was excellent. I am very pleased and couldnt have asked for more. Thank you, and I look forward to having you and your team carry out work in the future.

We used Planahome to design and install fitted wardrobes for our master bedroom. From the initial visit, Steve was brilliant to work with, extremely professional and a wealth of experience. The attention to detail was second to none and Steve presented so many ideas and produced a design which was both functional and stylish. One of the reasons we chose Planahome is that we wanted to work with a local business and a company who dealt with each step of the process themselves. The installation was brilliant, the fitters again were extremely professional and came with a wealth of experience. At the end of each day, the room was left in condition that meant it was still a usable room and was clean. Our experience with Planahome was excellent and we would not hesitate to use them again for another project.
