Worst experience I ever had in a job and Im 47 years so I have plenty of experience in different jobs, worked there for 14 months as an operator, management in all levels is a joke, worst management and managers Ive every seen in my life, they dont know their job and for sure dont care for their staff, no safety, no training, no staff evaluation etc. I have so many to write but the list is too long A good job with potential but like that I dont think they will stay open for long. I have 1 word only Amateurs

Management are unfair, lie & will do anything to make themselves seem right, no care for employees or health & safety.. masks & ppe production is disgraceful. All machines are damaged and not working. All seems well outside a shiny new building but try working on Day shifts for 9 months and you'll see how it really is inside. Emilia sawicka is a horrible floor manager with no care in the world but for her own sake always being disrespectful towards others unless she's being watched. joke of a company the warehouse workers deserve better.
