Does what it's meant to, having the lower setting, is helpful for me to dry small areas of paint on model's without worrying about it getting too hot.

Was pleased when the company had the products available that I was looking for, only when delivered they were all the wrong size (I checked my order and definitely ordered the correct size). After emailing, the team called me to apologise and sent it replacements on next day delivery.

Ordered product in the morning, received with in 24 hours by Royal Mail. Second time I've used Hilltop Products, 5 Star service, can not fault. Would recommend.

Ordered some parts however they were not suitable for my application (nothing used or opened so in the condition as arrived). Phoned to ask if I could return and was told as long as everything unused it is OK. Was transferred to quality dept. to arrange. Quality kept telling me they just need to arrange it and will be back to me. I made over 10 phone calls asking to eventually be told I could not return. Sent email complaining that if I could not return why not just have said this in the first place ! Wont be using again and would give zero stars if I could !

Put in an order. Although company said it had been delivered it hasn't arrived. Several phone calls made, no positive response. So no goods, lost money. No customer service, company washed their hands, saying they could do nothing.
