        Sadly we have had a very poor experience of these products, we purchased around 20 warm white 20w LED floodlights and had several fail in a year. We also purchased some 10w and 20w floodlights with PIRs these have a tendency to stay on and not switch off and now 3 have failed. I would avoid all LED floodlights from this manufacture.

        What a brilliant company, called on Wednesday 20th Oct to ask if they could supply a new diffuser for my bathroom strip light. Michael Hope asked me to send an email with a photo of the actual unit and he would investigate. On Friday 22nd Oct I took delivery of a complete replacement unit at no cost to myself, unbelievable customer service thanks to Michael and and the company.
